No level sensors at all ... I just pay attention to the evaporation rate for the top off. As far as the water change you are putting in the same amount you take out so there is no need for one IMO.
That is a great setup, I have the tunze ATO right now and was thinking how to incorporate it with a auto water change system but was trying to figure out how to get around it turning on while the auto water change was taking out water.
I guess if you were just doing a couple gallons at a time you could take the water out of the beginning of the sump and replace it at the same time into the chamber with the ato so it does not get false readings.
That looks "great Scott." Sorry, bad little joke. I'm planning on NSW. But I'm not sure how long I will put up with it. I hear it's a real PITA sometimes, especially in the winter. When I can't take it anymore, I'd like to try a set-up like yours with the Litermeter.

So you have Zero Level sensors?
It would be much more fail safe to just pay the 20 bucks and get a level sensor for your ATO
