24 NC dx lights?

ok I am wondering where you all get your replacement lights for the 2006 model? I find lots of 24w PC's but havent seen the 36w 50/50s.

I read somewhere that you need to replace once every year, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Once a year min. is my understanding too. I like to keep extras on hand and change ours out every 8 months.
