Looking great! We're also in progress of a 290 g in wall build. You're much farther along than we are, looking great! Love your blonde naso

Thanks! I'm going to do black as well. I was told if the sides are not painted they would look mirrored but I don't want to take the chance of seeing any framing through the tank.

I did a 260 gallon in wall. One of the sides is just glass the other side is covered with a black acrylic piece. Glass side completely mirrors. Can't see the closet I have put off finishing on the other side.

I haven't posted in a while but the tank is still up, however I have had less time to be with the tank lately so my sps have suffered. my lps and softies look great except for some pests in the Zoas. I think it might be snails and nudis eating at them.

I did add a sheet of acrylic on top and below that broken brace. I'll take a picture when I get home from work. Yes it is against a window in the back of the house. Is that a problem?

It looked like a glass tank though??? Acrylic has non to very little ability to stick to glass.

Your right, it is a glass tank and I didn't know about them not bonding well at the time. Luckily I haven't had any problems but I should stop being lazy and do a real fix
