240Gal Reef of its own kind

i bought it from a fellow RC member who built it and yes its another 50gal add on to the main system. i have 1200gph coming in from the sump off the manifold and draining back to sump after passing through the frag tank.

I like it. Added water volume is a good thing. Once you get fragging I'll buy some off of you if you're willing to ship.

WOW, a seperate room for this!

Bnumair,

Saw an early pic of a copperband, how is it doing? I have major aptasia in frag tank. What does it eat once aptasia is gone? Is it reef and anemone safe?

Thx!

i have it still, its been in my tanks for over 2 yrs. its a big fish about 6-8".
i had dry rock so i never got aiptasia. i got her for insurance purposes just in case if i brought in aiptasia. its completely rafe safe and eats mysis shrimp i feed. i had a rose tip anemone a very small quater size that didnt make it due to water issues and i still have 3 mini carpet anemones. no issues there either.

i will have to break it down into smaller pieces for what i have in mind but i have seen videos on BRS tv showing its is extremely easy rock to cut even with a hand saw.
anyways project still in progress.

i am replacing my current Reef Octopus bio pellet reactor to Reef octopus Bio Churn reactor.
they are hard to find and i guess new to USA and very few models are currently available but i happen to get one that i needed.
