25 gallon octo tank

I am looking at setting up an octo tank. I have a 25 gallon with Aqua cRemora And about twenty five pounds of rock, nice cave formation for hiding. How hard would it be to seal this up so octo cant get out through return of skimmer. Also which species would be best everything i have read has said the bimacs from fishsupply.com or octopets.com.
