250 watt DE blew out in a couple week use HELP

Hi customer Service,

I order a pair of DE 250 watt Phoenix bulb from Marine depot on 4.21.09 and yesterday it blew out. started making Hissing sounds and then it didn't turn on. The order was place on 4.21.09 but came later due to the shipping of course but bulb is a couple week old. Please let me know if you can help out with this situation.

Thanks for your response, the 9month pro-rated warranty has been in place for some time now. The warranty allows for the replacement of the defective/non-functioning halide bulb at a pro-rated price.
