I have a brand new never fired, never even out of the box 250 watt Ice Cap Ballast that I am wanting to sell. I also have a brand new Phoneix 14k Bulb which was purchased with the intention of using with ballast.
Both items are brand new and have never even been out of their box.
I am looking for $150 for both since the ballast was $115 and the bulb was $65...my loss but it isn't doing me any good sitting in my closet.
I will sell separate if you would like.
