25g Tall to 20g Regular Question.

I'm downgrading from 25g tall to regular 20g because I don't think my corals are getting enough light. My question is, should I keep all the sand I have from my 25g? I already think I have too much right now.(please see pics attached)

Looks good to me. Why don't you increase the light rather than break down a tank that appears to be in great shape?

Don't have the money. I really want to get halide but my room gets really hot. And with just the PCs my tank sometimes gets to 83 degrees. So if I do upgrade I need more than just lights. I'm going to need chiller too. I am waiting for someone to sell their t5 setup though. Do you know how much T5 lighting I need for my tank?

I think for the stuff you have in your tank, that light should be good enough. They look pretty happy. Why do you think they don't get enough light??

Oh .... If the tank gets hot, get some fans :D ...

I do use fans, but when my room is hot the fan becomes useless. Well I noticed that the zoos that are on the sand bed are extended more now, and it hasn't grew as fast as how it was before when I had my 10 gallon which had 70w (but that tank was also much more dirtier than my tank now). Also I always wanted to have a clam. What do you guys think, should I downgrade to 20g or just leave it?
