260 gallon custom tank

hello all,

i am in the planning stage of my new 260 gallon custom reef, i will be using glass with euro-braces. dimensions are as follows.
total lenght=78 inches
height=28 inches
depth=30 inches
total display lenght=72 inches

i need to know what size overflow drains i should be using and what size returns...

p.s i will also be using a closed loop system from Oceans Motions..

I have a similar sized tank 240g, just started have the rock in etc. I also did the oceans motion. Just about to get in running next week. How is yours doing, where you up to?

i am still in the design stages, stand is built already and hoping to build tank in the next two weeks..

Most drain lines will be pipe size of 1.5" or 2" most return lines will be 1" it all depends on the pumps you'll be using.

i am in the design stages so i want to know what the best way is...how much flow (pump)is needed if i have 2x 1 1/2 inch drains or 2 x 2 inch drains..., my sump will be a 100 gallon inclusive of refugium and i will have a inline chiller before the return goes back to the main display...

just waiting on the guys to get the silicone from florida(special type) and then we are going to order the glass pre-cut.. also waiting on oceans motion so i can discuss my options with them (glass has to be drilled before i can assemble it)...

tank assembly started, by this weekend i will post pictures when the braces go on...

this is actually bigger than i imagined, i will be using two 4 port oceans motions driven by two reefflo snapper pumps... schedule 80 bulk heads are in miami just to get them down so i can start the plumbing...
