I am setting up my 280, again,6x 30x32 Had 2 400 mh's and 4 vho's. I could keep and grow just about everything but never had the corals pop. Need new bulbs so considering changing my lighting. Another issue is my tank and chiller are in my living room and I want to get away from the heat and noise of my chiller. I want to keep a mixed reef and would like to hear suggestions. On a budget, like most, and would like to keep it under $1000, $750 even better. Considering used 5' 8 bulb ATI. I have read good things on the reef breeder led's. Maybe 3 or 4 of their value fixture, building a retro t-5. Just not sure if I will get the light I need. I have been to the lighting forum but would like feedback from people with larger tanks. I would really appreciate your feedback. Thank.
