Here is my tank at about 2 months old.

Livestock: Pink Skunk Clownfish

Corals: Yellow Leather, Organge zoanthids, Xenia, Green-Striped Mushrooms; Frogspawn

Hopefully there will be many more corals in the tank after Christmas! Let me know what you think about it so far....suggestions and comments are appreciated.

Sorry for such a small picture, is there any way that I can get the picture to appear larger? When I try to post the pictures from my photo gallery, they are only allowed to be 50k or smaller. Anything larger than that and it will not allow me to post them. Any suggestions?

go to www.photobucket.com and set up an account, its free. You can upload your pics from your computer to the internet, and they give you the code so you can paste it into the forum, and display your pics in a much better size ;)

Thank you for the link. I will do that and will post some more pictures that actually do my little tank some justice!:D

Added some green zoos today along with a very small frag of pom-pom Xenia. Lights are off on the tank right now, I will take some pics and post tomorrow since these pictures look so much better!

The rocks are just laying on each other. It is about 30 pounds of Marshall Island rock and it was very easy to get it to lay against each other and stay very stable. Thanks for the compliments!

hi there

hi there

Hi there

Your tank looks great. Can you please tell me if you are using the stock lighting or perhaps you upgraded it.

Im thinking about a 29 gallon biocube but Im wondering if the stock lighting is good enough to keep soft corals.

Looking forward to hearing back from you man.
cheers:rollface:

Just wanted to add some close-up pictures of some of the corals in the tank. I bought some pom-pom xenia the other day but I dont think it is going to make it. The polyps are shriveled up and the entire colony looks like it is melting away.

Hopefully there will be many more corals after Christmas! Ive been put on coral restriction until after Christmas! :D

Thanks for the compliments! The tank will be much more full of corals once I spend some of this newly found Christmas money! I know this is a little off-topic but my coralline algae is growing fairly steady, but how good is this Purple-Up stuff and does it really work?

I have also used purple up, and I found that it was good to start off with, when i was not as knowledgeable about the hobby. Now, I use it with a comination of Kalkwasser mix, and my coralline has shot thru the roof! Look into using Kalkwasser, and Superbuffer dkH with your Purple up. Since i started dosing those 3 items, the coralline has accelerated like crazy, I even started seeing in on my mag flat in less than a week!
