The first list looks ok you could probably do without the mollies IMO I feel they might be a little Overkill in a 29g, and for the second list I will just say that all three of those fish are rated from a minimum of 30 gal and up and would likely not be suitable to house together.
clowns make lousy tankmates in a cube. i'd go clowns/nem or leave them out and enjoy the smaller fish that can really shine and tend to be lost in larger tanks.
That's a total of nine fish in a twenty-nine gallon tank. That's a very heavy bioload for such a small tank. If you omit the mollies, you should be okay, if you have a good skimmer and more water volume in a sump.
i would scratch the sharks of the list. Its a fish that gets around a foot long and does not come from the reef. 20 gallon would not be a good idea unless short term and you would need to keep them as babies in brakish water.
