Looks like a waste of $35 if I've ever seen one.
Then again it is only $35, so at the worst it is only a wast of $35 and you may actually love it. I doubt it though.

Attaching anything "magnetic" to all the other electronics of a point and shoot or any digital camera would bother me!

But Hey give it a try and report on here to everyone how it works out. It might be a cheap option for the P and S folks wanting some additional macro capabillities.
