3 days now (starting to worry )

t has been three days since i purchased a nice piece of GSP from a lfs .. and they have still not come out yet. i tested the water and all the peramitors are perfect , no temp swings , did the drip tech to get to aclimate to my tank the gsp is in moderate flow area with ok lighting and none of them will show their little green polyps ... ( for the record i know i cant spell ) any advice would be much appreciated .. thank you

Give it a little more time. I have some encrusting gorgonian that took almost a weak to open. As long as it's not melting away, you should be fine.

ditto, just be patient. My GSP took four days to open.

I agree with the above posts. Its hardier than you might expect. I had received a rock with gsp from live aquaria a couple years ago that arived a day late due to snow in the area. The water was low 50's when I got it. Did a slow temp, acclimation and over a week later the polyps on the whole rock finally opened up. Quite an amazing coral imo.
