3 female & 1 male erectus together OK?

I purchase four tank raised erectus about 3 months ago. At that time they were babies and I was told all four were girls- and they did seem like girls. But as they age and grow, I now have a strong suspicion that one of the four is indeed a boy with a "smooth" tummy while the other three has a "hanging gut"
So my question is- Is it OK to have 3 girls and 1 boy together?
