3 Year old Crocea Pinched Mantle?

I just noticed my clam that has been in my tank for 2 year isnt opening up this morning, any idea if it is pinched mantle?

If so how do I go about fixing this, ive heard that people do a RO dip, if so what does this entail? Also what causes pinched mantle.

have you checked for pyram snails?

can you please list test results from every test kit you have.

what fish do you have?

have you made any changes at all to your tank, filtration, lighting(any changes) in the last 6 months

well after I posted this not to long later he opened back up, scared me since hes been with me for so long, he usually opens right up.

You don't get PM unless you add a clam with PM into the tank. If you clam have been there for 2 years, and you have not add a clam then PM is not a problem. Something is irritating the clam there.

look for something small on his shell that may be bothering him. mine does this when one of those little white star's climbs up to close to his mantle.
