30 cube lighting suggestions?

Been away from the hobby for almost 4 yrs now. Bought a 30 Oceanic cube and was wondering what's new in the lighting area? Sunpods are new to me and the T-5's were just coming in when I left the hobby I believe. I think I want MH's because I just love the looks of the light itself. Any suggestions? Are the Sunpods a good performer?
