Hello everyone,

Here is a brief resume about my experience! Started keeping Freshwater fish about 20 years ago, biggest freshwater tank I got was a 125 gallons Takashi Amano style DT. I have switched to Saltwater reef keeping about 3 years ago, when my wife bought me a Biocube 8 Gallons. Kept it for 3 years with basic lighting and mostly LPS, had and still have a True Percula Clown couple in the tank.

About 3 months ago the Biocube back window cracked on me and I had to change the tank, went for a 30 Gallons 30X18X13! Also decided to go with a Refugium 20 Gallons to put all the equipement (Skimmer, Phospban, Heater) also have some LR and Mangrove, Colerpa and Cheato in it to filter my water. The tanks has been running for 3 months and so far all is looking great, water parameters are perfect exept for my PH that drops during the night from 8.39 to 8.32, thinking I'll put the light on in the refugium during the night and turn it off during the day, that should keep my PH stable.

So far, I got my Percula clowns, and 2 Banghai Cardinals in the tank, also have about 15 Blue leg HC, 2 Nasarius snails and 2 Astrea Turbo snails.

Corals I got Aussie Duncans, Acropora Nana, Staghorn Acropora Blue Tip, Aussie Acan Lord, Chalice, Deshayesiana Acan, Elegance, Tricolor Acropora, Tubastrea Micrantha, Montipora Capriconis yellow/purple, Starburst Polyp, Zoanthus Dragon Eye.

For the equipement I m using just check my Signature!

Well, honestly, not the best thing to look at from a distance, but function before form right! The tank itself looks amazing, the scape and corals are great. Macro photog is phenominal also. And the equipment I can see looks top-end. Well done!

Little update! This week I received my RO-Di system so will be installing it tomorrow, also got my triple dosing pump, so will be installing that at the same time. Not sure what I'll be dosing yet! I got a 4 new fish last week.

Here are a few pictures of the Black Cap Basslet:

It's part of a very effective zoanthus cleanup crew nudibranch!

Bahahaha.

But in all seriousness, I believe it's a nudibranch with an appetite for your zoas. Best to get rid of him before he does harm.
