300 DD Flow Rate

I want put in a Marineland 300 DD tank in the living room and maximize the flow rate of the tank. A closed loop circulation will keep the tank free of any power heads. My only concern is getting a high flow rate on the four one inch return lines. I would like to keep the drilling of the tank wall to a minimum or not at all. Need your suggestions.

They will actually custom make the tank with overflows of your choice. Look in the large tank forum, there are several threads going currently with the 300dd. A couple have custom overflows, might want to ask there.
