3155 Osmolator #2 isn't working either.

So a week ago I set up a brand new 3155, it was great, up until yesterday when I noticed my return pump blowing air through.
It wasn't pumping any water through..
The supplier just popped around with another unit he managed to get (I live in New Zealand, his supplier is on Xmas/new years leave...) and we got it running, new controller,pump,power plug. I put the pump into my fresh RO/DI container, and now it's not pumping again?!? The yellow "Pump on" lights up... No water goes through.
I would love to know what's going on! Mainly because I work for the RNZ Air Force and I'm getting sent away in a few days. If that's the case, thousands of dollars out the window..

Is the pump running? Do you hear it running? If so likely it just needs to be primed buy tipping it upside down while it is running to purge out any trapped air.

Can't hear the pump running or even attempt to start, same as the other one which we suspect was the 5017 controller. When I replaced just the pump, nothing, but putting the new controller on to test it, it began to work.

It is likely the controller and the only option is replacement, I would see if your dealer can replace it. I am in the US and run the US distribution, I am sorry, there is really nothing more I can do from here.

That's a shame, I just got the new one 12hours ago. And now the distributors away. Looks like its time to go shopping today at my expense.
