35G Cube Reef

I've had a 10G nano tank running for about 3 years and decided to step up to something slightly larger. The tank will primarily house stonies and some small fish.

I started building the stand in July and the tank has been running just over 3 weeks. I will be finishing the doors and base trim shortly.

- 35G RR Cube from Deep Blue
- 30L Sump
- EcoTech Radion XR30W Pro
- Pacific Sun Kore 5th Doser/ATO/AWC
- Reef Octopus NWB-150 Skimmer
- Waveline DC 2500 Pump (return)
- Eheim Compact 3000 Pump (spare return)
- Hydor Nano 425 Powerhead
- 3 Eheim Jager Heaters

Looks real good. Can you post more pictures of the stand? love your idea Bigger stand on a cube is so much nicer.

It's really hard to fit all of the equipment in a sump for a 24" area so I decided to make the stand fairly large. It's almost 40" wide (outer dimensions) which allows for a 30G sump to fit straight in the front. There is also room to the side and rear of the sump for dosing containers, etc.

If there is something specific you'd like to see, let me know.

I've been slowly transferring inhabitants from my other tank. So far, everything is going well - the corals seem to be taking to the new lighting and placement.
