37g cube for sale, sparking interest, lr etc

Well I regret to inform that I may have to sell my brand new setup perfecto 37g cube. It is 20x18x24 if you are looking at the front the left side and back are tinted with 2.5% black window tint. I would like 85$ on the tank or best offer. Also have 50lbs of fiji live rock that I took out of the box about a month ago, and now fully cured. I would like $200 for the whole lot or $4.50 a lb. PM me with any interest.

The reason for the sale it that it is in my tank room and just gets way too hot. I will lose on the deal, but that's just my luck...

Is the stand for sale too? It looks really nice. If the stand comes too I might try and beg my husband for it.

The stand is actually a small end/coffee table. I had to talk my girlfriend into letting me use it for a tank stand, but it doens't come with. I will through in my home made pendant w/o socket. It is actually not sturdy enough for a tank stand anyways, lol.
