3d Jason Fox Jack-o-Lantern experiment

Mike yes the other one has grown it's encrusted down the sides of the plug and down onto the frag disc it's on. However the 3d experiment has gone nowhere. I think it's mostly due to the surface material that it is on. The piece itself is still alive however the ball surface grew an almost black mold looking algae keeping the frag from encrusting or growing out. I was thinking about taking it out giving it a good scrubbing and see if removing the black mold would allow for it to spread its wings. Lol. Sorry for the disappointment. Maybe I'll just put it on a new surface ball and start all over when my frag tank is up and running.

Franky cover the ball in a thin layer of super glue the frag will encrust on the glue easier even get the glue as close or if not touching the frag all the way around and it will seal the ball

Lol that thing is so dead lol. I gave up a long time ago. I got tired of looking at it in my display tank I put it in my fuge and never looked at it again maybe it's alive maybe it's not but def a failed experiment

Nah not really tank pretty much on sleep mode until cmac maybe spark my interest in something exciting otherwise same ol stuff

Ah ****. My bad. I just read up a couple of posts and saw that again. I'd forgotten. I've been away awhile and thought about it is all.

I do have a jack'o'lantern super slow grower for me, but maybe I will try to put it on something round and resurrect the dream! However, I will be moving my whole tank across the room in the coming week, seems like and accident waiting to happen *fingers crossed.
