3gal pico

I was wondering if anyone here has a jbj 3gal pico, and if so what kind of lighting your using, and if you could post some pics.

Im thinking of going w/ a 6500k 27w desk lamp along w/ my stock lighting but im afraid it will take up to much room on my dorm desk. So im looking for other options

You could try the Coralife Mini 9" 2x 9W. I have one on the way here for my 2.5. Seems like the best thing for a tiny tank.

I wont get the lights till monday. Right now I'm running a coralife 10w screw in type compact floursecent.

o. I just found a current usa 12" satalite. Single bulb at 18w. Think I might look into that one. Ill also use the stock lighting and change that to a 9w actinic bulb...so Ill have 27W total...should be good for 3gal

I just upgraded to the Current USA 12" Satellite Duel (36w) from the Coralife Mini 18w on a 5.5g

I'm going to put the Mini on a 1.5g mini bow front. The Current USA Satellite is sweet! It has a bigger footprint then I expected but very nice indeed! The only thing I would change is the moonlight from white to blue. But the white is still OK.
