3rd broken piece on my 6025 /sigh

So for the third time in less then a year my 6025 is inoperable. First the impeller wouldnt start right, then the clips broke on the holding bracket. So I glued the holding bracket per your recomandation, then both of the arms of the holder broke off and with the base still glued in place to the magnet...


Seriously .. what the heck is wrong with your product? I know you guys can make good stuff, thats why I bought 2 6101's plus a 7095 for my new tank just a few months ago.... But this 6025 product is ludacris. I would like a magnet, and a holding bracket that DO NOT brake. When will this be available?

The bracket problems have been addressed and resolved by Tunze, it has been redesigned and now also uses a different plastic as well. So the breakage is no longer a problem. PM Roger (rvitko) and he can send a new one to you.

Well I guess it doesn't even matter, because the entire frigging unit broke tonight. The metal shaft inside that holds the impeller snapped off the unit. So now every single component has broken on me. What a waste of moeny this has been

As Shawn mentioned the pump is covered under warranty, PM Roger and he will have it sorted for you. The first release of Nanostream have had some issues but Tunze Germany are covering all the issues as promptly as possible.

If you send me the pump complete with the holders we will send a new one and you can see that they have been redesigned and this won't happen again.
