A valentini will have neon teal lines down his body.

We need pics of your upstairs tank now.

People, he has an upstairs tank too which he is not showing!

Cheers

I think it is a puffer.
-Chuck

I confirmed he's a puffer fish.

How do I know?

For the first time tonight, something scared him and he puffed up.

Seems conclusive to me.

Great quality photos , what do you use ?

Thank you. Actually, I consider myself a very poor photographer, so anything positive seen in this work has to be the camera. :)

I use a Sony DSC-H7 which is basically a compact, point and click camera with a big lens on it.

Since I hate to lug around big cameras and lens, especially when going to amusement parks, etc., I opted to give up some picture quality and flexibility for something a bit more portable.

I'd prefer a true Digital SLR, like a nice Nikon or something similar but I don't think I take enough photos, nor do I know how to use it well enough to justify the purchase.

Do you supplement anything for the coraline growth??

We have had our 180 up and running for about 8 months now, but at about 4-5 months we rearranged all of the rock and had virtually no coraline on anything. We supplemented with purple up and in the few months it is now about 75 % covered in coraline

My filefish filed tonight. It was amazing.

You might have a locksmith for a fish.
That could be handy if you lock your keys in your car or house.

You'd have to carry the fish in a sandwich bag, though. :)

Thank you.

I use B-Ionic (2-part) as my only supplement. Keeping the calcium and Alk in check along with strong lighting will boost your coraline algae growth tremendously.

What do you mean your filefish filed? What does it do when it does?

It was just a joke.

BONDQ said his puffer puffed, so I said my filefish filed.

I know, lame.
