4" Wave on 10' tank using 6305's

Just wanted to share the 4" Wave I was able to tune in on my new 670 gallon tank using the Apex variable speed pump control and two 6305 Tunzes':

That is awesome!, I have a 6212 Wave box on a 6' tank & hardly see about half an inch. Wonder what I'm doing wrong.

Try a different placement/setting, I get a 2" + wave easily on my 6' tank; I also get a good wave using two 6100's, took some tweaking but did work very nicely.

For the most part it is setting the timing just right, but with the wavebox there are a couple mechanical things to check for. Alot of people think the sponge is a prefilter, it is only there to stop vibration and movement of the pump so it should be over the back of the pump only and not impeded the water flow. You also want to make sure the pump is at full power.

To clarify: I can control 2 separate 6305s with my apex without a Tunze controller?
