They are working out perfect, did the DIY rapid, 24 royal blue, 12 cool white, 12 natural white. They have been installed and running 6 months now. Wish I could get pics with the blues on to show every thing glow.

Any way you could post up a little more info on yuor LEDs? I have a similar tank and would like to do something along the same lines as what you are running, possibly adding some red/violel/green. not sure about the extra colors but it makes sence to get all the colors in to replicate natural as best as you can. Thanks.

Fixture is made with aluminum channel, with 12 - 1x8 inch individual heatsinks. Leds are as stated above powered by 4 meanwell 60-48D drivers, with 12 leds on each driver, all running @ 750 ma. These are dimable by Potentiometers wired and mounted in a project box to give the ability of reaching choice of intensity, very nice for getting different viewing colors. Right now I'm running a light cycle of blues on 9hrs, whites come on during that period for 3 hours and my tank has never looked better.

Not one thing, its getting added to, new driver added for my 75 build in the next few weeks. It's a great set up!
