I was going to use this for a quarrantine tank. It is a fantastic size. I will take measurements this weekend but it is a bit wider and slightly shorter than your normal 40 gallon. I LOVED the shape of it. I am going to sell it now. I think it is pretty nice shape! I purchased it from another club member probably 2 years ago and never had the chance to use it. It would make a good quarrantine, frag or main tank, which is what it was when I got it. It is clean and ready to go.

sorry, no pics, the tank is in my back room and we are moving, but you are always welcome to come and check it out!

I will measure it for you tomorrow, but I would say approximately 1 1/2 to 2 feet in height...it is a really nice shaped tank, which is what attracted me to purchase it.

A 40g macro would be pretty big. I am looking for something short my DSB mangroves and seagrass. I had originally intended to use my current 55g but that would be a lot of sand to get those mangroves 1/3rd out of the water

yeah... this club has a moral code that we die by. No tinking in the tanks!

Especially not in my tanks; even if the macros do like high nitrates.

sorry guys, have not measured, will do over the weekend, scott has been sick......I have had students to teach and test all week! If anyone is interested in running over this weekend to see the tank, I think it would be worth it!
