40 gallon stocking

I have a 40 gallon mixed reef with a CPR HOB skimmer and an ac 110 filled with bio rings and pond matrix. My current fish are 1 firefish, 1 ocellaris clownfish, 1 red parrot wrasse, 1 blue velvet damsel, and 1 blue spotted watchmen goby. Can my system handle more fish? I would like to add 1-3 more fish. Any fish suggestions? I would like to add one more clownfish, one firefish, and maybe a dwarf angelfish. Is there any suggestions on what I should run in the ac 110? Thanks for any feedback!

I would say that you are already over your max. The parrot wrasse alone needs a 90 gallon MINIMUM.

I think you are at the stocking limit but it depends on how your fish have established their territories and if you can handle additional bioload. If you do a dwarf I'd aim for a Pygmy. Would caution a clown as mated clowns can be aggressive and territorial. Paired firefish are probably ok. You could do a blenny. The fish that brings the most concern to me is the damsel. Those things are mean.
