Jeremy , I hope you can help me out on this, I bought a used 20k xm and was told that the bulb had 2 months use on it. I bought it on decemer 3rd and recieved it on the 5th. It has been used for about 1.75 months so the total use is 3.75 months. This morning it is dead. No light at all. Am I out of luck because I purchased it used from your company, or can I get some credit towards another one? Thanks Dean. p.s my corals have no light until this is resolved
