i am looking into upgrading to a bigger tank here is my thoughts on it was looking for some water movement advice and any ideas you guys wish you put to work on your current tanks.
here is the general layout
i will be drilling the tank my self, and plan on having Four 2" overflows. do you think its to much?? maybe to many holes that close will make the bottom to weak?
for a return pump i plan on using Sequence 9200PWR69 as the sump will be in the bacement, should be good for 7000 gph
it will be drilled as shown in the pic.
for lighting a will be running 3 - 250 watt MH and 2 - 400 watt MH
and 4 - 110 VHO Actinics.
Skimmer will be a MRC MR6 skimmer with i Reeflo hammer head for a pump,
the sump will be a 125 wide
Also this is and in wall tank on a concrete floor
what do you suggest for the beast water movement? Also any ideas are welcome so get them coming
