40Br Sumpless Video update

My Sumpless 40Br Mixed Reef Tank. Set up since August 2012 (Moved from SC), most corals have been with me prior to the move.


Tank: Aqueon 40BR


Stand and Canopy: The stand is a nice entrance piece of furniture and the canopy is custom made using black acrylic.


Light: 250W HQI Hamilton Pendant with 14K Phoenix, being run by an Aqua Medic reef cube ballast. I also use the moonlight LED that is a part of it.


Sand: Reef on the Rocks Aragonite


Rock: Reef on the Rocks Aragolite


Water Movement: 2 X Vortech MP10 (Blue mode at about 1/4-1/2 power)


Filtration:
- Aerofuge (Medium, it has the Aeroforce skimmer included), filled with Reef on the Rocks rock rubble.
- Drs.FosterSmith Bio System Power Filter & Oxy Surface Skimmer (Use it as a mechanical filter plus carbon filtration)


Fish Feeder: Hydor EKOMIXO (Once a day, generous portion)


ATO: BRS Doser (50ml/min) used in custom set up (7G tub that is hidden). (I use Kalkwasser)

Very nice tank. I like the smaller amount of large corals. :thumbsup:

Thanks Eric, I think that decision is definitely for the best, and I am definitely looking forward to seeing their growth!
