410-420nm LED Chips going bad

I really like the blue plus and coral plus bulbs myself.

ATI Blue Plus peaks at around 460 nm, which is around the same range as the Royal Blue LEDs on the Razor. It does does a little bit of output at 410 - 420 nm, but it wouldn't give the same fluorescent pop on your corals.
ATI True Actinic, on the other hand, peaks at around 420 nm, so that would be more of an equivalent for the bad LEDs. Some people don't like them because they "look" dim, since our eyes aren't very sensitive to their spectrum. But they should have decent PAR and give you back some of the "pop."
If you like a brighter, bluer look, though, the Blue Plus might be more to your liking. Maybe a little bit of both would be ideal.

Ok will pick actinic bulb up. Just took a closer look at my maxspect razor and the entire blue channel isn't running at the set setting (100) more like 20 percent. Something is defiantly wrong not sure if its the power supply or driver board. Anyone had a simular issue with these lights? Hate to spend money on a part and find out its something else. Not worth sending this back for $$$ repair or $509 for another seems stupid since its now old technology.
