44 gal. Pentagon For Sale

I have a 44 gallon corner pentagon setup for sale. It was setup for freshwater, but no medications were ever used in the tank, so it could be converted without worry. It includes the tank, stand, and hood all in a light oak finish along with an undergravel filter, gravel, decorations, heater, Hagen 402 powerhead, and Aquaclear 300 filter. I am asking $125 for everything.

Is the propane tank included? Seems like an extreme way to heat the tank.
