Nothing really to update you all on I have been slacking. I did fix most of the pita bubbles thanks to Chad and Steve's suggestion about micron bags. I'm having a few people over to scape the tank tonight for help and support I have around 600# of rock to work with and extra eyes is alwas a good thing pichs to come later hopefully.

problem with the bags is that we have to change them about every 2 days or they start overflowing so its still a pita problem.

I change mine out every week just dont feed that often.

Where did you get the rock? It's not all LR, is it? That's going to be awesome when it's in!

To much flow in my sump. I have around 6000 gph between my return and skimmer.

Sorry Becky just saw your post it is all live I have around 90# of high rock but that will stay in my sump I just picked it up from here and there.

400# fiju
130# hatian

That is pretty close numbers.

The bubbles weren't that bad John, geeze. I thought it looked pretty good as it was. It isn't like a reef won't have tons of stuff floating and drifting around.

Lord knows that tank of yours is big enough to be a real reef!!! I think it looks sweet. I am very anxious to see what it loks like with more rock added.

BTW - thinking about keeping 600 - 700lbs of "spare" liverock while waiting for a team of reefers to come aquascape cracks me up! I can't imagine working on that scale. I have total tank envy!

We got done at 12:40 last night and the tank was cloudy so bad we could hardly see I dont even know if it looks that good. When i get home I'll take some pics.
