450g stocking question

Trying to decide on last fish or two for 450g (96x30x36) mixed reef.
Right now I have:
Foxface
powder blue
hippo
naso
sailfin
green chromis x3
coral beauty
All are healthy and happy.

I have a achilles ordered. Sooo, I know I am getting to the end of my stocking limit but I'd really like a regal angel.

My concern is how much the tank height adds to stock level. Am I pushing my luck with with the angel?

Regals are mostly reef safe unless you have a clam. Obviously each fish varies per individual
