It is a 4 bulb fixture... I am the second owner of this fixture; I have had it for less than a year, but decided to go with an LED fixture. The first owner had it for, I think, a year or so but downgraded.
There are a couple of small, slightly dull spots on one of the reflectors; it can probably be polished out but I am not sure. Other than that the fixture is spotless.
One of the ballasts is brand new- it blew out during a storm a few months ago so I ordered the exact same one from reefgeek and replaced it myself.
The bulbs probably should be replaced.
