First it was yesterday fitting a standard tank in the 55g stand 5/16" to wide because of the plastic rims, overcame that Thanks again Andy (anaelitz) for the Tide pool sump, and now tonight went to test fit the CPR overflow to find out the tank is 5/16" to close to the wall for it to fit, this sucks the tank has been up 2 mos with 60+ pounds of LR and the same in sand and the aquascaping was perfect from the onset now I need to drain enough to move the whole set up 1/2" or take a chance like Fdfiremedic was thinking and drill a tank with water in it

I've moved a 55g with water and corals and fish inside. I just reached inside the stand and lifted the rim of the stand while kind of dragging the thing about 2 inches away from the wall. I am not saying it is a good thing to do but I am pointing out that it can be done. Each end of a 55g with LR inside is probably less than 250lbs.

Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

YOu can move that, it will be easier then you think. YOu might have to drain a little water out but you can do it.
