Are you guys ever going to try and compete with the cheap shipping even on heavy items as you competitors do? You guys have the best customer service by far and maybe that's worth the few extra dollars, but maybe UPS can cut you a deal to help us both. How can foster and smith ship salt so cheap?

Your prices are great and I 100% agree on the customer service... don't let either of those go up/down respectively. But try to get UPS to cut you a deal you can pass it on to us.

We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $175, excluding T5 / VHO lamps, salt, sand, etc.

We do have another special that all larger buckets of salt are shipping for $5.99 flat rate right now too!
