Physical excercise: water changes...topping up RO containers...carrying 25Kg Salt buckets...cleaning glass...
Mental challenge: AEFW...STN/RTN...fish jerky...convincing the spouse you need the next piece of essential equipment (this can be a phyical challenge for some :lol: )
