This question may be for Roger. I purchased the dispenser but a little confused . Do I fully submerse the dispenser at full container or does the top need to be exposed at all times?

It just has to be inside the reservoir, this is a safety against a hose popping off which they tend to do after sometime. The hoses harden and lose the elasticity. It is unimportant whether or not it is submerged.
