Here are some pictures of the new tank. It's a 55 gallon Reef setup. Not a ton of corals, but hopefully a good starting point for me to learn about that portion of the hobby.

Full tank shot:

The carpet anenome. When fully opened this thing is as big around as a dinner plate:

Picture of the finger leather, and some red thing lol Someone feel free to identify this thing for me:

You catch a glimpse of the Clarks Clown, Purple Tang, and a Green Chromis, and a few corals, again unknown what exactly they are:

More fish, and more corals:

And more stuff. I hate that this tank is not RR. :(

Clearly I am no photographer. :( I do feed the corals plankton every other day. The lighting is 4x65 PC's that run 12 hours a day or so. A wet/dry filter in the stand with skimmer helping keep it clean along with a cleaner shrimp and hermit crabs and snails. There are two additional powerheads in the tank, along with about 100lbs. of LR fiji and tonga mixture, and some clamshells, coral skeletons, etc.

No, sadly it wasn't. The previous owner bought it as living and had tank crash that killed off quite a bit of stuff, that was one of them. Luckily the tang was one that survived. He had it over 3 years. :)

xroads, I wish I could take all the credit for this creation but I cannot. The previous owner really got it striving and going strong. All I've really done to it is complete a sucessful move loosing NOTHING. Heck, didn't even kick up a cycle. But I have spent more time with the tank since I got it then my wife. Poor woman... or its a great thing from her perspective. lol
