I have a 28 g. nano cube with CF lights with live rock, 2 RBTA, softies, macros (red bubbble & dragon's breath) 2 lps (frogspawn & candy cane) and one sps (pink birdsnest). I currently have 2 oc. clowns, 1 firefish (but I would be willing to give him away if necessary to get one of these fish), cleaner shrimp and snail clean up crew.

Would you recommend a 6 line wrasse or African Flameback Angel and why?

I'm looking for a colorful and active fish. I don't want my coral destroyed but I'm willing to take a little risk at nipping at corals if they likely wouldn't do too much damage in a short about of time.

I'm not sure if a 28 gallon cube provides enough swimming room for a Flameback. I would go with a sixline, but make sure it is the last fish added.
