600 gallon Acrylic and Glass Reef Construction.

Sweet action, Paul. Like I've said, don't hesitate to ask if you need help--though now that school's started, Will is pretty pressed for time. But nevertheless, just holler if you need extra hands, and I'll drop Daeven off at your house. ;)

Well, yes there is...but I havent posted anything since I am sure it will bore most people. I have partitioned my garage off across the middle, insulated the attic, and hung a new door.

Yesterday I textured the new wall and today I am painting it. Once that done its time to give the room a good clean and then I can begin moving my 150g sumps in there. The plan is to have 4 of them. So far I have 2 purchased and have to pick up 2 more.

Paul.

Paul, that's not boring. Heck, we had a healthy debate about stairs in one of the recent ThOTM threads. Let's watch that spackle dry! :D

If I had that kind of volume behind every single joint I glued,

slow would be EXACTLY what I'd be. Very, very slow....

Did I glue that?

Did I get enough there?

Is that tight?

Do you think that will hold?

Should I do that one again?

Should we buy the house next door?

That's hillarious - especially the last.

I have the walls up in the room, they are textured and painted. The ceiling is insulated. next step is an extractor fan in the ceiling.

I want to put covers over all the sumps as best I can. In each will be a single large hole connected to some ducting that will go to the extractor. There will also be several smaller holes in each lid. The idea is to pull the warm moist air out of the tubs and expel it outside the house, at the same time drawing dry air into the tubs through the holes.

This should keep the garage/fish room humidity to a minimum.

Paul.

I found your new thread :) Looking good man... I am still debating... If I do setup another tank I am looking at like a 48x36x25 or so... I don't have room for my 600gal here at the new house :(

well, the fish room as we now call it is done. I am now in the process of fitting it out. I wasnt able to get 4 150 g barrels in there and do what else I wanted, so I may opt to go with 2 150s and 2 100s. `it should still be enough water in those.

ill try and get some pictures soon.

Good to se you Shawn,

P.
