Well my challenge is pushing flow through an 8 foot tank especially when its a peninsula. I will be pushing for Tunzes or the new WP40s that are taking the reef game by surprise.
You don't have to thank me. It was an honor and privilege to serve. I am surprised that there are lots of vets out there with tanks and I meet more slowly. Thanks for the offer but a trip to Florida is good at any cost.
Are you now doing troubleshooting/consulting from the couch Wayne?
I feel the same with my service as well. Yes, tons of vets and it's great connecting with them on both the military aspect and this hobby.
I am sure with the time you have taken to research everything thus far, you will figure out the best solution for your flow as well.
Is that flowing back into the return section?
I gotta stay active or I'll be pulling hair out of my head from boredom.

Yes.
Wayne,
From your avatar pic this doesn't look like a very time consuming proposition:wave:
I used a filter sock to diffuse the bubbles. I could have put it before the bubble trap
I know this isn't reef related but I just returned from the VA getting my MRI and they confirmed that I tore my meniscus and that there is alot of fluid around my knee.
Next step is the orthopedic to discuss the next move. So its leg up with 20 minute intervals with ice until then.
See you on the threads.
Sorry pal. Look at it this way. You'll have more time to do research and gather ideas for your awesome build!
Bummer about the knee, hope you are back up to speed as soon as possible
Sorry to hear about the knee Wayne!
Everything happens for a reason so I ll agree with Dan!
More time for planning and brainstorming!
