600 Gallon Upgrade Build

Glad to help. One aspect of this hobby that I enjoy (besides not killing everything) is the back room;making it as efficient as possible...it could be a challenge indeed.

Beautiful tank!!! I cant wait to see the progress.

Congratulations Leroy, I know a lot of stress is gone, now the fun begins.

holy smokes that was a very well thought out room. There was definitely a lot of planning done for that.

Thanks. to be honest it was a last second decision. I am just glad it worked out.

Thanks. Lots has been released off me. And yes the fun really begins now.

Mine were all nice and neat but two years later geez Louise. Everything is looking great Wayne, nice approach on the rock work.

Thanks aquaph. The rockwork a'int no joke. The reality check is gonna happen when its placed in the tank and then as Sonicboom said "I think you need more rock." Or something close to that.

Please don't fall into the common trap of placing too much rock to visually fill the space where corals should eventually grow. Leave lots of room for growth and swim room for the fish.

I am not. There will be lots of pass throughs and caves. I am thinking maybe at the most 300 lbs of rock. Your thoughts?
