Abrotanoides "red acro"

Abrotanoides "red acro"

My newest addition to the tank with a few more corals bought today, a ponape birdnest too, but could not get a nice picture of it for now...

Not the nicest picture, sorry for that. If some of you have any experience with this coral or pictures, please share :)

Grad it helped you! :) As for builder, you have Aquarium Obsessed which is in your region, if not i would try out A.G.E in the states! They make beautiful tank and have an EXCELLENT reputation!

WOW... i love thel ook of thta tank... i like how every piece can move = easy access... your corals are looking great... well done... any idea on a stock list? (fish at least) you have a ton in there... well done on it! i love it!

Kidako, Check out Miracle Aquarium. I have a customer that just purchased a tank from them. Derek is great to deal with.

Hello Richard,

Steve keeps on talking to me about your tank and the specimens you get. I would love to see this monster in person. WOW you must have the nicest tank in the Montreal area.

Regards,

James

I just recently add lots of fishes, some of them were added yesterday.

1x PAIR of Flame Wrasse
1xPAIR of Red scooter blenny
1x Laboutie Wrasse Male
1x Leopard Wrasse
1x Yellow Coris Wrasse
1x Mystery Wrasse

1x Peppermint Hogfish

1x Helfrichi Firefish

1x Yellow Belly Hippo Tang
1x Powder blue Tang
1x Powder brown tang
1x Striatus Tang
1x Hybrid Yellow/Scopas Tang

1x Regal Angel
1x Goldflake Angel

3x Randall's Anthias
10x Bartlett's Anthias

1x Copperband butterfly

I am almost done with fishes, i am thinking adding a Achilles Tang ( the one they shipped me was marked as an Altantic Achilles Tang and i thought it was the achilles tang, ended up receiving a Acanthurus Monroviae which i have no idea what it is, not chilling in my sump waiting to bring it back to the LFS if they accepted it...)

I would like to get the striatus tang as he is one really agressive!

I would most likely add 1 or 2 butterfly such as a declivis, burgees or mitratus. Also looking for a bellus angel female and would really like to add a few more angel/dwarf.

how do the powder brown and blue get along?

They are getting together very well, no agression up to now, i added them at the same time, i wanted to add the achilles tang at the same time too but the supplier shipped me the wrong tang :( I will try to add one later on, the sooner possible!

The powder brown is a bit bigger than the powder blue, in the acclimation container, there was a bit of fight, nothing big, once in the tang, the striatus was running after them, he was bullying all the new fishes: powder brown, powder blue, copperband, goldflake and got tired running after them after a while. I guess if i would have add one at the time, he would be bullying after that one all day, with the agression divided in 4, it could leave a break to the new fishes.

i still have that grape caulerpa problem... i added yesterday the yellow tang, i hope he will take care of it. People also told me about the naso tang or the rabbitfish, anyone having good experience getting rid of that algea?

patmack: What is durso tubing? like spa-flex tubing? I made my own durso, its really easy with hard PVC. just get a Tee, an 90 degrees elbow and a cap and you are set for your durso :) I hope it answer your question
