6000 cleaning question

Hi Roger, I'm a little anal when it comes to keeping my streams clean but every week I take out the magnet impeller not sure of the proper names but I clean it along with washing the stream itself out with a toothbrush. But do I need to take anything else out? there is a plastic clip at the begining of the hole where the impeller fits in do I need to remove that and if so how? I also run it in 50/50 mixture of vinager also once evry two weeks

I would be sure to clean the upper bearing which is at the bottom of the hole, sometimes it comes out with the magnetic rotor. Also clean the hole in the center of the magnet. Otherwise sounds like a good procedure.
