6000 Stream Keeps Cutting Out

I have a set of 6000 Streams with a multicontroller. They'll have been in service for one year at the end of this month.

About two months ago, the alarm went off for one the streams, which afterwards I took apart and cleaned. Ever since, the alarm's been going off for the same stream every two weeks or so, and it's driving me crazy. It can't be that it needs cleaned, since it's been done so many times at such short intervals.

I'm not having any problems with my other stream.

Any insight as to what might rectify this would be most appreciated.

Check the upper bearing and the hole in the middle of the magnetic rotor, even though people clean them they often overlook these parts. Once fouled these parts require more than soaking. You will need to poke out the calcium built up in the hole as this is how water gets in to lubricate and cool the motor. The upper bearing often gets cemented to the magnetic rotor and needs to be pried off and then soaked in vinegar to remove the lime. The magnet should spin freely on this piece. I would be 95% sure your problem is in one of these two areas.
